UNC’s ceiling/floor will be determined by Jackson and Meeks

UNC's chances of returning to the Final Four will be drastically affected by what happens in the next three-and-a-half weeks. Between now and the May 25 deadline to withdraw from the NBA Draft, rising junior Justin Jackson and rising senior Kennedy Meeks will be working out and gathering information as they consider their options of bolting for the next level.
