Colorado State PG John Gillon to transfer to Syracuse

Colorado State transfer John Gillon will transfer to Syracuse, a source informed Scout. Gillion, who also considered Texas A&M and Oklahoma, took a visit to Syracuse this past weekend. As a junior, Gillon, a 6-foot, 170-pound guard, averaged 13.2 points, 3.8 assists and 2.9 rebounds a game. Gillon will be eligible to play for Jim Boeheim right away.
