With new anti-discrimination policy, NCAA willing to dump N.C. as tourney site

If you think all the NCAA news this week is rosy for North Carolina, the organization’s board of governors flushed that notion Wednesday by approving an “anti-discrimination process” for locations bidding to serve as host for future championship events. That is not positive for the Tar Heels or their archrival, the Duke Blue Devils.
