North Carolina LB Shakeel Rashad excited to join Texans


Houston Texans' undrafted rookie was a third-team All-ACC selection, starting every game and recording a career-high 126 tackles, 8 1/2 for losses and three forced fumbles with one interception. The Texans hold an undrafted rookie minicamp this week. "I'm excited to be with the Texans," Rashad said. "I just want to contribute and help the team win." (Houston Chronicle)
