Butch Davis lands another recruit
Posted Jan 3, 2007
Coach Butch Davis of North Carolina returned to his Arkansas roots to land his second recruit, receiving a commitment from tight end Zack Pianalto. Pianalto is a 6-5, 220-pound senior at Springdale High School, and Davis is a former resident of Springdale. Pianalto had been committed to Texas, but a call from Davis shortly after Davis became the Tar Heels' coach on Nov. 27 persuaded Pianalto to rethink things.
