Declining Jonathan Cooper's option doesn't mean it's only a 1-year stay in New England

The New England Patriots have predictably declined the 2017 fifth-year option for guard Jonathan Cooper, who they acquired in a trade from the Arizona Cardinals for Chandler Jones, but that doesn't mean it's definitively a one-year-and-done situation for him with the team.
