'Country girl' Givan finds path to stardom in soccer

Kenny White, a member of the United States Soccer Federation's instructional staff, can't tell the story without pausing a few times to laugh. Yet his message is clear: Ridgeland High superstar forward Rachel Givan, who soon will sign scholarship papers with the University of North Carolina, separates herself from the pack in more ways than one.
