NC State lands graduate transfer quarterback

Coach Mark Gottfried’s basketball team wasn’t the only N.C. State program to pick up a major addition Monday. About the same time five-star Turkish center Omer Yurtseven signed to join the Wolfpack on the hardwood, news began to break that graduate transfer quarterback Ryan Finley had decided to join coach Dave Doeren’s football squad.
