Mike Fox, Elliot Avent joke about snake bite

Mike Fox's Tar Heels will get an "ornery," Wolfpack team in this weekend's regular season finale -- NC State hosts UNC after suffering its first three-game sweep of the season. Fox jokes that leader of the Pack Elliot Avent is also ornery. But Fox agrees that he'd be that way, too, if he'd been bitten by a poisonous snake and unable to make the trip to Louisville.
