Four-star point guard Charlie Moore commits to California

Four-star point guard Charlie Moore committed to California and head coach Cuonzo Martin on Wednesday. Moore was formerly committed to Memphis under Josh Pastner, and reopened his recruitment when Pastner took the head job at Georgia Tech. The Chicago native rates as the No. 65 overall prospect in the 2016 class in Scout’s rankings.
