On a chilly April night in 2013, about when a “Harvey Day” became a can’t-miss city event, Matt Harvey out-pitched Washington’s resident stud, Stephen Strasburg. Mets fans, not afraid to share their opinions, unleashed a Citi Field chorus of “Harvey’s Better! Harvey’s Better!” Now, three years and one month later, Harvey and Strasburg are scheduled to match fastball and breaking stuff again at Citi Field on Thursday.
