Jackson’s return brings UNC, Duke back to ACC forefront

Justin Jackson deciding to pull out of the NBA Draft and return to UNC bolsters the fact the Tar Heels aren’t going anywhere, even after losing Brice Johnson and Marcus Paige. It also highlights that the ACC we all grew to know and love is returning to form with UNC and Duke settling in as the clear favorites to finish at the top of the ACC standings.
