2017 4-star linebacker Ellis Brooks Decommits From Duke

David Cutcliffe's 2017 recruiting class took a hit on Friday when its highest rated commit, 4-star recruit Ellis Brooks, announced his decommitment from Duke. Brooks, who originally pledged to the Blue Devils on March 24, released a statement on Twitter regarding the decision.
