Green Bay Packers sign QB Marquise Williams

Ryan Williams' return to football with the Green Bay Packers lasted only four months. He was released Thursday, when the Packers signed another quarterback, Marquise Williams. Marquise Williams, a 6-2 dual-threat rookie from North Carolina, started 33 career college games and broke more than 20 school records.
