"I think they are going to continue to get better," Shakeel Rashad told CarolinaBlue about his expectations for UNC football in the near future. "That was the last thing I remember saying, 'if I come back next year for a game and y'all aren't better than last year I am going to be [ticked].' I fully expect them to be better than last year.."
