How North Carolina Upset No. 1 Maryland For Women's Lacrosse National Title

The 2016 season was no stranger to upsets – and it ended in thrilling fashion with one more upset for the books. No. 3 seed North Carolina dethroned No. 1 Maryland, the two-time defending NCAA champion, 13-7 in Talen Energy Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
