Crucial Hires Still Ahead For Heels, Pack

It's easy to argue that UNC and N.C. State made very good hires in Butch Davis and Tom O'Brien. But the on-going decisions those coaches make, while building their new staffs (and especially selecting coordinators) over the next few weeks, likely will go a long way toward determining their long-term success.
