3-Star PG Justin Moore commits to Georgia Tech

San Diego (Calif.) Mission Bay point guard Justin Moore verbally committed to Georgia Tech on Friday, he told Scout. Moore, a three-star prospect, originally committed Tulane, but backed out of his pledge when the Green Wave changed coaches. Moore took official visits to Georgia Tech and Pacific, before ultimately picking the Yellow Jackets. (Scout.com)
