When the fist went up, so did some eyebrows. Danny Green had been waiting and waiting for a chance to play a major role, and now he was taking himself out of the game when an opportunity presented itself? Sure, taking a break was the best thing for the team. But not everyone in that situation -- hungry for playing time with minutes still on his plate -- would have stepped away from the table. As it turns out, Green knew what he was doing.
