Scout's basketball recruiting has updated the 2017 top 100 rankings. The top six of DeAndre Ayton, Mohamed Bamba, Wendell Carter, Trevon Duval, Michael Porter and Kevin Knox stayed in tact, but 18 new names made the list. North Carolina point guard commit Jalek Felton comes in at No. 28 overall and is the No. 7-ranked point guard in the country.
