Tennessee could reap $4 million from ‘Battle at Bristol’ game versus Virginia Tech

The September 10 Tennessee-Virginia Tech “Battle at Bristol” is expected to set an NCAA single-game attendance record and it also could earn the Vols up to $4 million. Bristol Motor Speedway never has hosted a college football game. Additionally, the game will be televised nationally in prime time by ABC and feature a concert by Kenny Chesney.
