5 North Carolina Tar Heels: The Tar Heels only have one pledge in the 2017 class to date, but it’s a big one as the nephew of former UNC player Raymond Felton, Jalek Felton, is on board. Felton is a tremendous passer and long-range shooter and checks in 28 overall and is regarded as a five-star prospect.
