Carter, Kay Named To ITA Collegiate All-Star Team

North Carolina’s Hayley Carter and Whitney Kay are included on the 2016 ITA Collegiate All-Star Team, announced by The Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Tuesday. Carter became the first women’s player since Stanford’s Nicole Gibbs in 2012 to be ranked No. 1 in singles and doubles at the same time.
