2017 CB Caleb Rozar talks Carolina commitment

The excitement had died down from UNC's Freak Show and the lights were turned shut off in Kenan Stadium. But, there remained one final firework to cap off North Carolina's evening. Caleb Rozar, a 2017 cornerback from Tennessee pledged to the Tar Heels. He committed to UNC head coach Larry Fedora, defensive coordinator Gene Chizik, and defensive backs coach Charlton Warren in the tunnel under Kenan.
