Wendell Carter, Scout's No. 3 overall recruit, scored 14 points in USA's opening round win in the FIBA U17 World Championships. Following he game, Carter talked to Scout about playing international ball, teaming up with Austin Wiley again, plus broke down Harvard, Duke and Kentucky.
