Posted Dec 20, 2006
Butch Davis has decided that he can't rebuild North Carolina's football program without the help of its former players and the man who preceded him as the Tar Heels' coach. Davis met with John Bunting during the two days after Davis was introduced officially as coach and moved into the Kenan Football Center. Davis is also reaching out to former UNC players in his efforts to revitalize a program that has struggled for the past nine seasons.
