Shalane Flanagan Showing Top Form Ahead of Olympics

In a morale-boosting tuneup for the Olympic marathon in Rio, Shalane Flanagan set a new American 10K road record of 30:52 on Sunday in Boston. The Massachusetts native shattered her own record of 31:03, set in Tilburg in the Netherlands in 2015. (Runner's World)
