Harrison Barnes may not be on Kevin Durant's level, but he could surely be a No. 1 option on many lower-tier teams. The Philadelphia 76ers, who were the NBA's worst squad last season, are expected to be among the top suitors for Barnes. However, if the Warriors are unable to sign Durant, re-signing Barnes becomes Golden State's No. 1 priority. (247 Sports)
