Brice’s big game: UNC’s Brice Johnson exploded for 39 points and 23 rebounds in a win against Florida State on Jan. 4, becoming only the second Tar Heel ever to record at least that many points and rebounds in the same game. His big game was the springboard that helped him earn first-team All-America honors and lead UNC to the national championship game. (Wilmington Star News)
