2017 OL Billy Ross sets decision date

Huntington (W.V.) three-star offensive lineman Billy Ross has set a decision date of August 1st, he indicated via his Twitter. Ross is thought to be deciding from a handful of schools. UNC and Tennessee are tied at the top of his list and Florida State is also receiving consideration. He has most recently visited the Tar Heels and Volunteers. He last saw FSU in late May.
