Erin Donohue places 5th in 800 meter Olympic Trials
Posted Jul 3, 2016
Erin Donohue finished in fifth place in Friday’s preliminary round heat of the 800-meter run at the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials at the University of Oregon’s Hayward Field, failing -- for now -- in her bid to make a second U.S. Olympic team. Donohue, 33, was running mostly against women in their 20’s. Donohue was an eight-time All-America at UNC.
