Big things in the making

When a new football coach hires a staff, the way in which he goes about it and the people he brings in say a lot about what will happen in the near future. UNC coach Butch Davis is taking his time assembling his staff. He is determined to hire a group that he can trust in all facets, men who will recruit excellent prospects and close the deal, men who will form solid bonds and teach those kids what it takes to become winners.
