Maybe Harrison Barnes does fit the Mavericks' criteria

With the news that they intend to extend a four-year, maximum contract offer sheet to Golden State small forward Harrison Barnes, the Mavericks are investing in the future. Barnes just turned 24 and is a solid player. His scoring average has risen each season. Granted, that's only four years, but the arrow is pointed upward. (Dallas Morning News)
