New North Carolina running back commit Michael Carter is a unique football talent. Not huge, Carter is quick with elite straight-line speed. Carter explains how he expects to be utilized at UNC and what he will bring to the offense: "I had a really long talk with Fedora," Carter said. "He wants to use me in between the tackles, outside the tackles, and at the receiver spot."
