Selmon, Alowonle Advance To Semis at Olympic Trials

Kenny Selmon and RJ Alowonle advanced to the semifinals of the 400-meter hurdles on Thursday at the U.S. Olympic Trials. Selmon and Alowonle advanced by finishing within the top three of their respective heats. Selmon took third in his heat running 50.04 while Alowonle ran 51.13 finishing third in his heat as well. The pair will compete tonight to try to advance to the finals.
