Mets’ Matt Harvey opts for season-ending shoulder surgery

Matt Harvey will have season-ending surgery to relieve symptoms associated with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), according to multiple reports citing his agent. The Mets righthander should be available by spring training 2017 barring any complications after the surgery. (New York Daily News)
