With big plans in store, Mavs officially sign Harrison Barnes at earliest possible time

The photograph went crazy on social media Wednesday night. It showed new Maverick Harrison Barnes handcuffed to President of Basketball Operations Donnie Nelson. It was a funny moment, harkening back to last July when DeAndre Jordan ran out on the Mavericks after committing to join them in free agency. They weren't letting Barnes get away.
