Andrew Miller was ready for the question, if only because he’s heard it so many times in the Bronx. Is the Yankees’ setup man bracing for the dismantling that could be just around the corner? And, more specifically, had Miller considered the possibility that his appearance in Tuesday’s All-Star Game was his last on a national stage in pinstripes?
