Andrew Platek hopes he's more than a long shot for UNC

Class of 2017 recruit Andrew Platek picked a college Monday, choosing North Carolina over schools such as Indiana, Stanford and Davidson. His NBA allegiances were never in question. Platek, a 6-foot-4 shooting guard from Schenectady, New York, prefers the long-range reliance of the Golden State Warriors. "I love shooting 3s; I love shooting the ball," Platek said earlier this month.
