Shalane Flanagan says she’s ready to go in fourth Olympic Games next month

Two more weeks of intensive training — from running in the 8,000-foot altitude of Park City, Utah before embracing the brutal heat and humidity that Madison, Wisc. gives off in the summer — are what remains. Then Shalane Flanagan can begin to taper off, knowing that she’s healthy in both body and mind, and await her fourth Olympic Games next month in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
