Matt Harvey undergoes surgery for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Matt Harvey underwent surgery Monday in St. Louis to deal with symptoms of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Terry Collins said. The team had no immediate update on his condition, but he is expected to return for the 2017 season. The right-hander will miss the rest of this season. (New York Daily News)
