Kris Wilkes' recruitment might be latest UNC vs. Indiana battle

If there was any question that Kris Wilkes’ recruitment had reached a national level, it was answered on Wednesday. UNC coach Roy Williams extended a scholarship offer to the 6-8 Wilkes. Wilkes plans to visit UNC Aug. 26-28. The addition of a blueblood name like North Carolina adds another level of intrigue to Wilkes’ recruitment, which has been relatively low-profile considering his national ranking.
