Offensive Lineman Billy Ross Commits to UNC

Class of 2017 offensive lineman Billy Ross (Huntington, WV) has committed to UNC. The 6-5, 310-pound offensive lineman announced his commitment on Sunday evening. Ross is the No. 1 player in the state of West Virginia and picked the Tar Heels over offers from Tennessee, Florida State, West Virginia, Florida, Miami, Michigan, Oregon, and Oklahoma, among others.
