17. North Carolina receiver/returner Ryan Switzer: Outside of Christian McCaffrey, there might not be a better all-purpose player in the country than Switzer. He has developed as a receiver, but he’s taking aim at the record book as a returner. His five punt return scores in 2013 tied an NCAA record, and he’s one punt return touchdown shy of tying the NCAA's career mark. (ESPN.com)
