UNC looks to help new moms with fragile babies

What help do the mothers of medically fragile babies need? That’s the focus of a team of researchers from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine, which has received nearly $900,000 in federal funding. The goal of the project, called Care4Moms, is to assess what can be done to help women who have just given birth, and whose newborn children are in difficult conditions.
