Chizik details progress of Dalton, defensive line

One surprise on the first day of UNC's preseason camp was sophomore defensive lineman Jalen Dalton running with the first-team defense. The move signifies that the staff felt comfortable with Dalton's development and it was a move to get the best players on the field at the same time. UNC defensive coordinator Gene Chizik discussed the move on Tuesday.
