Jermani Brown is one of the top uncommitted prospects in the East Region and the four-star Midlothian (Va.) athlete spoke with Scout about the latest developments in his recruitment. "The schools that I'm focused on right now are North Carolina, Boise State and Utah," Jermani Brown said. Of the three schools, Brown said North Carolina is recruiting him the hardest.
