Griffin, Register Begin Play At U.S. Amateur Golf Championship

UNC juniors Ben Griffin and William Register begin play today in the 2016 United States Amateur Golf Championship. The premier amateur event is being played at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. Griffin tees off at 1:20 p.m. Register plays at 2:15 p.m. Griffin earned All-ACC and honorable mention All-America honors as a freshman. (GoHeels.com)
