UNC student chases broadcast dream to NBC and Rio

Jordan Jackson stood near the "Today" show set being assembled on the beach for the 2016 Olympic Games. Jackson was far from the New York City studios where she first found out about her NBC internship in Brazil. She was even farther from her home in Mount Airy, North Carolina. Getting from Mount Airy to Rio has been part of a lifelong dream for her.
