North Carolina continues to offer 2017 recruits as the Tar Heels attempt to lock down a few more commitments for the 2017 class. The move now is for 2017 small forward Jarred Vanderbilt (Bellaire, TX/Victory Prep), a 6-8 five-star prospect from Texas. UNC offered Vanderbilt last week, InsideCarolina.com reported on Tuesday.
